J2EE STRONG DEVELOPERS-12 POSITIONS
J2EE- MESSAGING ,EJB,JDBC,XML,CORE JAVA,WEBLOGIC APP SERVER
No Servlets , no Struts and no JSP required at all.

C#.NET-10 POSITIONS-VERSION 2-DESIRED-3.5 VERSION-MIDDLE TIER DEVELOPERS
REQUIRED-WINFORMS(70%),GUI,ASP.NET, middle tier developers
REQUIRED -WEBSERVICES (30%), server side programming
