I know a lot of people will be eager to learn and know what are the exercises behind these "magic" so let's start the ball rolling:
1. In a mat, make yourself in a plank position. Stay in that position for 10 seconds.

2. Next is the squat wherein you raise your hands in a surrender-like position then start bending your knees at the same time while they are apart. Count from 1 to 10 (no need to use a wall for this exercise).

4. Push-up for 10 counts on the mat.
5. Crunches/situps for 10 counts on the mat.
Do these five steps repeatedly until you consume the 4 minutes ;)

As for me, I will be starting doing this program later today as soon as I get home. I've been absent in the exercise department since November but now I'm so dedicated to get a toned body like last year ;)
