So, I browse through the female discussion board where I’m a member and found an easy recipe. I only have to buy one Japanese sauce and the rest of the ingredients are locally available!
Presenting my very first Japanese dish.....CHICKEN YAKINIKU. Good thing that it's so easy to prepare that I was able to make it on time for Hubby's breakfast earlier.
Ingredients:
100 gms chicken breast fillet cubed
30 gms carrot strips
30 gms green pepper strip
60 ml Yakiniku sauce
Garnish:
15 gms cabbage, thinly sliced
15 gms carrots thinly sliced
1 tbsp thousand island dressing
Procedure:
* Heat pan with oil then add chicken breast fillet.
* After stirring fry the chicken, add green pepper, carrots and Yakiniku sauce.
* For the garnish, just mix all the ingredients. You can put it on top of the Chicken Yakiniku or set it aside on a plate.
