At 1pm in our time, it's officially a Thanksgiving holiday in the US. My recruiter counterparts already gave me a notice that both of them will be on vacation on Thursday and Friday (US time) and they will be back to check their email on Tuesday.

It's a known fact that Thanksgiving is given much importance in America compared to Xmas. Turns out that this federal holiday is known as the harvest festival which marks the time to give thanks for the harvest and express gratitude in general. It's also the time for them to bond with their families.
The star for this festive celebration is none other than the good 'ole turkey. That's why Thanksgiving is also called the Turkey Day. Side dishes for the turkey are mashed potatoes w/ gravy, sweet potatoes and sweet corn to name a few.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the peeps in US!
