Keeping Fit

For 3 weeks I've been consistent doing the Hip-Hop Abs workout precisely the Abs Cult and the Hip, Buns and Thighs. My schedule is 3x a week and I noticed the difference. My tummy/abdomen area is starting to be firm. My arms are starting to shrink a little bit, building muscles and the sides of my waist are starting to loose the baby fat.

Next month, I'm going back to Fitness First after freezing my account for 3 months. I miss having a sauna every Saturday and participating in the group exercises. I'll probably go there 2x a week and then I'll do my hip-hop abs routine 2x a week. Whew! That's a lot of sweat for a week! Hehehehe.
