Coffee Break Ver 1.28

Wow! It's our 28th week! Kudos to Jan for coming up with this idea :)

For this week's coffee break, it's all about SLEEP TALK! Sigh! I can just imagine myself deep in slumber at night on our bed while it's raining outside...

How much sleep is enough to keep you rejuvenated for the next day?

Right now, 7-8 hours is fine with me. I'm energize if I have these numbers for my sleeping hours everyday. I'm not the type of person who tends to sleep for 10-12 hours unlike others that I know. For me, lying in bed too much or sleeping most of the time within a day will result to headache...hehehe.

When I was in a call center before, that's the time I'm so addicted to sleep. If it's my rest day I can sleep for 10-12 hours straight. That's the only time I can keep up with the hours of sleep that I lack during my working days. This is the time that I learned about "PWER NAP" which is really helpful and it does wonders ;)
