Celtics takes Game 1

Early this morning, it's Game 1 for the NBA Finals - Lakers VS Celtics. Too bad I was not at home to watch it.

Anyways, a friend of mine in CA whom I always have a morning (Manila time) chat session told me that it's already 4th quarter and the Boston Celtics have a 6-point lead.

Then this afternoon, I have a chat with my ex-colleague whose an NBA fanatic (which is typical for males) told me that Celtics won the first game. Bummer! I told him that I was rooting for Lakers since Kobe was there...hahaha! Then he replies me that most of the people he knew are aiming for Lakers to be the NBA Champions...well, what can I say...Kobe is good.

Good thing that Game 2 will be on Monday morning and it's a holiday! Hooray! I can watch the game then. Hopefully Lakers will win this time.

i just watched game 2. lakers did not play as well as i hoped they would. they trailed by as much as 24 with 7 minutes remaining in the 4th. they got back in the game late in the 4th, but kobe did not take over. poor coaching, if you ask me. :)

nice blog, btw. :)

Thanks for the visit Ü

I know that Celtics is a tough team. Most all of the players can shoot from the outside.

I just hope that Lakers will make a comeback on their home court.
